Return Policy
- Returns must be within 30 days of invoice
- Eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to items after 30 days
Shipping and Insurance are your responsibility – Your refund will not include any of the shipping charges shown on your invoice. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and insurance to return the product to us. You must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Items must be returned unused – Used products or incomplete returns are not eligible for a refund, depending on the product’s condition as determined by Paint Sprayer Supply Co. staff. Please ensure all manuals, pieces, etc. are returned in their original packaging. Your refund will be processed after we have received and examined the product.
